Purchasing & Billing Questions

Yes, you can now bind General Liability policies the same day you quote. 

Yes, all AERO policies are direct billed.   If your client’s credit or debit card does not go through, we will contact them directly for updated payment credentials and copy you on the communication.

Servicing & Renewal Questions

Renewals are sent 60+ days prior to the renewal.  A reminder notice is also sent at 30 days.  At 15 days prior to expiration, we attempt payment to the card on file.  If the charge is successful, the policy renews.  We continue to attempt charges up until the expiration of the policy if this was unsuccessful.   Notice of expired policy is sent on the expiration date. 

Claims can be reported via phone, fax or email depending on preference.   The claims reporting notice can be found on page 4 of the policy. 

We do not honor BOR requests unless there are extreme extenuating situations such as agency insolvency.
